Associate Professorship Positions (f/m/d) in Management Science
Each year, to support its ongoing development, EM Strasbourg Business School creates additional positions. In September 2021, five contract associate professor positions will be available in management science.
Expertise in one of the following areas would be an asset: accounting/control/corporate finance, marketing/digital marketing/sales, supply chain management/purchasing, management/human resources, strategy/entrepreneurship/project management.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Teaching:
Basic requirements:
Candidates are asked to submit a cover letter and résumé (mentioning the email addresses of two references).
- Full-time, part-time, and cooperative education to French and foreign students
- 128 teaching hours per year with the possibility of additional hours
- Active participation in research activities as a member of one of the two research centers, HuManiS or LaRGE
- Bonuses for academic publications (articles/books)
- Supervision of interns
- Participation in admission boards
- Pedagogical or administrative responsibilities
- Specific responsibilities/projects assigned by School administration
Basic requirements:
- PhD in management science (dissertation must be defended before Jun. 30, 2021, and any defense pre-reports must be provided at the interview)
- Ability to teach in French and English
- High potential for publication in national and international academic journals
- Willingness to coordinate full-time or part-time degrees/specializations, such as a master's degree, MBA, or equivalent, offered by the School
- Interest in innovative teaching methods
- Ability to teach in a third language
