LECTURER IN GENERAL MANAGEMENT (Including Systems and Operations Management)
The Berlin School of Business and Innovation (BSBI) is a new, fast-growing institution (located in central Berlin), with ambitious expansion plans. It currently offers undergraduate and graduate programs from European and American universities, including Chicago Concordia University. BSBI offers now multiple and exciting opportunities to shape a young academic team, new programs and courses, and to „create a new school“.
This is a full- time, permanent position.
Lecturers at BSBI perform teaching-related duties of graduate and undergraduate courses, developing teaching materials, conducting teaching sessions, grading examinations, etc.
LECTURER IN GENERAL MANAGEMENT (Including Systems and Operations Management); PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
Fluency in English language: reading, writing and speaking
Master or PhD (preferred)
At least 5 years of relevant industry experience and, ideally, some previous teaching experience.. Capacity to teach general General Management courses, specially Systems and Operations Management and, ideally, others such as Human Resource Management, Strategy, Leadership, etc.

JOB FAMILY: Academic (teaching-oriented)
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent.
HOURS OF WORK: 40 a week (teaching: between 12 to 20 Hours/Week)
PLACE OF WORK: Berlin.
REPORTING TO: Academic Director.
TYPE: Permanent, with a probation period of 6 Months
