The University of Potsdam invites applications for the following professorship: At the Faculty of Arts, Institute of Philosophy for a

Professorship (W2) in the Philosophy of Mind and
Philosophical Anthropology

to be filled by the summer semester 2020. The prospective professor is expected to be able to do research and teaching in all areas of both Philosophy of Mind and Philosophical Anthropology (in the sense of a field of research, not necessarily a philosophical tradition). In addition, a related research interest in the history of philosophy would be desirable. The hiring process is subject to the requirements set forth in Section 41 of the Brandenburg Higher Education Act (BbgHG). The appointment procedure shall be conducted in accordance with Section 40 BbgHG.
