Research and Science Officer (m/f/d) - Ref.-No. 083/21e
This position should be filled in the Faculty of Computer
Science in Collaborative Research Center 876 (SFB 876) as
soon as possible until December 31, 2022. According to the
public tariff regulations, the salary is based on the tariff group
E13 TV-L. This is a full time position. Employment in or
reduction to part-time is possible in principle.
YOUR TASKS:
Organization of the final report of the SFB 876, especially
the final publication as a three-part book series
Organization of events within the SFB 876: e.g., summer
school, weekly lecture series, general meetings incl.
acquisition and contacting of external speakers for the
events in the SFB 876
Preparation and compilation of current results and events
for lectures of the speaker and for the media appearance of
the SFB 876

YOUR EXPECTED QUALIFICATIONS:
a scientific university degree
an excellent knowledge of German and English, both
written and spoken
IDEAL ASSETS ARE:
Experience in project management
a good knowledge of MS Office, as well as knowledge in the
use of LaTeX (especially Overleaf)
a structured, self-organized and efficient workflow
high scientific communication skills and experience in the
preparation of scientific research results
