Research Associate for Laboratory
Automatization (100 %)
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to,
Expansion, implementation, programming and operation of a robotic
workstation for high throughput enzyme screening
Process development and transfer to the high-throughput platform
Development of novel approaches and strategies to complex problems
through adaptations and improvements of automated workflows and infrastructure
Troubleshooting, maintenance and validation of high-throughput instrumentation
such as automated liquid handlers, colony pickers, plate readers,
plate sealers / peelers
High-throughput scientific data management, processing and evaluation
Providing support and training for additional users
You have a university degree in chemistry, biochemistry or engineering
with a dissertation or several years of industrial experience. You have advanced
hands-on experience with robotic workstations and are experienced
in high-throughput assay development. Training in programming is
desirable and familiarity with LIMS integration is a plus. You are motivated
to conduct research in a future-oriented scientific field and are interested
in the technical implementation of new methods. You are enthusiastic
about working in a multidisciplinary environment and are able to build internal
and external networks.

a motivated, young team. The position is initially limited to one year, with
the option of extension.
