Kühne Logistics University - Wissenschaftliche Hochschule für Logistik und Unternehmensführung (KLU) is a private university founded in 2010 and based in Hamburg's HafenCity. In our Student Affairs Team, we are looking for a Head of Program Services to start as soon as possible. In this position, you will be responsible for the Program Management (Bachelor and Master’s degree programs) and Registrar’s Office. You will lead a team with a total of currently four employees.
You will work closely with the Dean's Office, Faculty, Directors, and other KLU teams, especially from Student Affairs: Student Services, International Office, Student Recruitment & Admissions, and Career Services & Alumni Relations.
You are part of the Student Affairs Team and you will have regular peer-exchange with the other team heads. You also have a counterpart within the KLU in the Program Management Team for Executive Education. This position is currently vacant and will be filled as well. We would like to encourage close coordination and collaboration between the two positions to best leverage synergies and peer exchange.

The position is advertised as full-time (40 hours per week), although we encourage flexible work time models such as part-time, mobile working, individual job sharing and tandem solutions.
